Research and Development

Suraj Laboratories operates from two facilities. R&D at Hyderabad, Telangana State, India and the other in Manufacturing plant at Kadechur Industrial Area, Yadgir, Karnataka State, India, where the company is setting up its large-scale manufacturing facility.

Suraj Laboratories state-of-the-art R&D Centre is located at Kothur, approximately 40km from Hyderabad. We have a dedicated team of 45+ scientists working to bring complex molecules with efficient processes to market; develop non-infringing processes; develop cost-effective routes. Our R&D Centre, along with Kilo Lab, has proven its capabilities in carrying out a wide range of reactions.
Custom synthesis is taking up new challenging opportunities. We work under strict confidentiality, to develop products to our customers. Under custom synthesis, we offer services to meet customer requirements through proven synthetic routes with advanced analytical support at all stages of the process.

R&D: Hyderabad, Telangana

  • Infrastructure: Includes efficiently managed fume-hoods and all equipment required for conducting wide range of experiments including pressure reactions & vacuum distillations.
  • Lab Design: Well-designed process laboratory that ensures high safety for the workforce & facilitates smooth workflow. This facility supports our Technology Development for the plant and CRAMS related business.
  • Analytical Capabilities: The analytical R&D is equipped with advanced analytical instruments such as HPLCs, GCs, supports the process R&D lab in day-to-day activities.
